For moms with uncomplicated, vaginal deliveries, massage is safe immediately following birth! For those that experienced some complications—a longer wait and/or medical clearance may be required. Please reach out to me for a safe timeline consultation.

Hi! I'm Codi.

I relocated from San Diego at the end of 2024, and am so excited to connect with a new community here in Austin. With 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 7 years as a DONA trained doula, I specialize in supporting women—especially moms—through all life stages.

My work is rooted in deep appreciation for the complex structures of the body, and the power of nurturing touch. I became curious about prenatal massage when several of my regular clients became pregnant almost simultaneously. As I adapted my work to meet their rapidly changing needs, I realized how impactful and deeply necessary this work is.

My goal is to help you find and maintain your body’s alignment, whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or simply in need of rest and renewal. I’m here to provide the personalized, nurturing care you deserve.
